Summer is prime time for candidates to be actively seeking new career opportunities which makes LinkedIn an invaluable resource for sourcing top candidates! To make the most of this summers hiring season, we have some tips to help you effectively leverage LinkedIn to recruit the best talent for your organization.

1 - Optimize your LinkedIn presence

Before you begin sourcing, make sure your company’s LinkedIn profile is in tip top shape! Update any old information and highlight the organization’s values and culture. You will want a strong LinkedIn presence to create a great first impression and attract incredible candidates.

2 - Establish your ideal candidate profile
