Over the next three years she recruited over 40 new Financial Representatives; some of whom are now Managing Directors, Growth and Development Directors, Lives Leaders Summit qualifiers and Forum members.  In late 2010, Claire moved to the Home Office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to become a Recruiting and Internship Consultant for NAMP, the Eastern and the Southern region. She then moved into the company's Information Technology department as a subject matter expert and spent the remainder of her time at the Home Office as an Early Productivity Consultant.

In 2013, Claire moved back to the Northwestern Mutual office in San Francisco where she has spent the last four years building the recruiting a development systems to ensure consistent sustainable growth.
